Each product goes through a rigorous selection process to ensure that taste, ingredients, and quality are not compromised. All products are designed to help warm mama, a critical pillar in postpartum healing across many cultures and practices. Ingredients of each food item contain benefits for nutrient replenishment in postpartum specifically. All food products are also free of artificial flavors, preservatives, artificial sweeteners, gums, and all the other junk! While not all products are certified gluten-free, all products are free of ingredients that contain gluten.

Our non-food products were all chosen with natural-fibers, including cotton and linen, to keep mama and babies skins protected.
