Daisy Mama was created by Ali and Kati with a shared vision of caring for mothers in every season of the journey. We know that motherhood can be both beautiful and demanding, and too often mamas set their own needs aside while caring for everyone else. Daisy exists to shift that story. Because when a mama is nourished, she has more to give, more presence to share, and more joy to soak in with her little one.
Our mission is simple yet profound: to provide real nourishment for mama, so she has the strength, ease, and space to bond with her baby. From the earliest days of postpartum to the tender experiences of loss, and through the ups and downs of pregnancy, we are here with care that restores and sustains.
By centering mothers’ well-being, Daisy Mama offers bundles and supports that replenish, restore, and nurture through every stage of pre- and post-natal care. Each product is chosen with intention, grounding our care in real, quality love, healing, and goods that make mamas feel seen, held, and cherished.
And because motherhood should come with more laughter and a little less stress, think of us as your built-in cheerleaders with goodies to share.

Hello there! I’m Ali — proud mom to Olive, wife to Jericho, and a dedicated nutritionist. My years working as a nurse in conventional medicine sparked a curiosity that grew into a passion: viewing the body as a whole and seeking healing through nourishment. To deepen this passion, I pursued a master’s degree in functional health and nutrition. Gaining an understanding of how food works at a cellular level inspired me to help others find true healing through nutrition.
Amidst this journey, I gave birth to my daughter and stepped into the transformational season of postpartum. While I cherished every moment of motherhood, I struggled to properly nourish myself, which led to unexpected postpartum challenges. Even with my educational background, I felt unprepared for this stage of life and began to recognize a gap in the conversation around postpartum care. What made the biggest difference were the wholesome meals and nourishing snacks offered by my friends and family — moments when I felt most supported. That experience inspired me to use my knowledge to help other mamas feel cared for through the power of nourishing ingredients.
Motherhood is both beautiful and sacred, and I believe every mama deserves to feel that fully. Daisy Mama was created to lift the mental load of nourishment during this transformative season, allowing mothers to pour more of their energy into bonding with their babies. By tending to a mother’s well-being now, Daisy Mama helps lay the foundation for greater strength, healing, and resilience for the journey ahead.

Hey, I’m Kati! I’m a lover of all creative things, wife to McKay, and mama to Everett, Lola, and Willow. My path has been shaped by people-centered work in nonprofits, yoga, and design, alongside the everyday rhythms of family life, with a deep passion for bringing people together in meaningful ways. Partnering with Ali to build Daisy Mama felt like a natural continuation of that journey.
I’m deeply drawn to pre- and postnatal care and holistic healing. I experienced Hyperemesis Gravidarum in each pregnancy and walked through both loss and joy, including a dream water, en caul birth supported by my midwife team. Those experiences clarified how essential nourishment, steadiness, and being truly supported are during the childbearing years
As a yoga teacher, I guide women through wellness practices and 1:1 birth breath-work. One of my most meaningful chapters was founding and hosting the I AM WOMAN Empowerment and Wellness Retreat in the red rocks of Southern Utah, where I witnessed what unfolds when women are given space to rest, reconnect, and be restored.
Through Daisy Mama, I bring that creativity and devotion into postpartum care, grounded in the belief that mamas deserve nourishment and sustaining support as they heal and move through the most meaningful liminal season of life with their newborns.
