shipping, returns and refunds policy

❋ OVERVIEW

This Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made through daisymama.co (the “Site”) and is part of our Terms of Service.

❋ SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders are processed within the timeframe indicated at checkout. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Daisy Mama LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been transferred to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

❋ RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

If a return is accepted, it must be requested within the timeframe specified on the product page or at our discretion. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

To request a return, please contact us at hey@daisymama.co with your order number and reason for the request. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

❋ REFUND POLICY

Refunds are issued only if a return is approved by Daisy Mama LLC.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in denial of a refund or replacement.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within a reasonable timeframe after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect items ordered by the customer

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

❋ EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If an exchange is approved, it will be handled as a return (if eligible) followed by a new purchase.

❋ CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or shipment, it cannot be canceled.
